2013 USTA League Reservation Guidelines

All Teams must be approved by Mountain View Tennis prior to registering with the USTA. All teams must submit their request based on the Registration guidelines.

MVT – Cuesta Procedures:

  1. Captains Submit E-mail request (details below)
  2. MVT sends acceptance/refusal notification 3 business days after close of MVT Registration with a specific time slot for each team – teams will be selected based on the percentage of MV residents on the team (if there is a tie, the team who sent in the e-mail request first gets priority).
  3. Captains confirm their time slots. Payment in full is due to confirm a time slot

Order of start times preferences. Times that are available are:
  • Monday 7:00pm
  • Wednesday 7:00pm
  • Thursday 7:00pm (Select Thursdays will not be available for home matches due to Junior Team Tennis Playoffs
  • Friday 7:00pm
  • Saturday 9:00am
  • Saturday 11:00am
  • Saturday 3:30pm
  • Saturday 5:30pm
  • Sunday 9:00am
  • Sunday 11:00am
  • Sunday 3:30pm
  • Sunday 5:30pm

Note: Select days will not be available due to overlap of league seasons

Fees & Payments:

$35 registration fee per team (admin fees)

MV resident Teams $8.00 per hour per court – must consist of 50% MV Residents (ID Validation)
Non Resident Teams: $12.00 per hour per court

To confirm the court reservation, payment in full is due
